WHEN and WHERE:
The Parade will take place on South Main Street from Central Station to Beale Street. Volunteers will be required to check in by 4 pm and remain on their assigned block through the entirety of the parade which will conclude no later than 6:30pm.

The Center City Commission is seeking 30 volunteers to assist as Block Captains along the Memphis Holiday Parade route on Saturday, December 4. Mid-South Pride Board Members plan to help. Volunteer with us!
WHEN and WHERE:
The Parade will take place on South Main Street from Central Station to Beale Street. Volunteers will be required to check in by 4 pm and remain on their assigned block through the entirety of the parade which will conclude no later than 6:30pm.
DUTIES:
Block Captains will be assigned one side of a block along the parade route to prevent parade viewers from entering the parade route. Viewers are required to stay behind barricades and away from parade participants, floats, vehicles, etc. Block captains will also be asked to pull the barricades onto the street on their assigned block prior to the commencement of the parade.
ORIENTATION:
Volunteers are asked to attend a brief orientation meeting with the Parade Producer on Tuesday, November 30 at 5:30 pm at 387 S Main. The orientation should not last more than 15 minutes.
